Kishmish is a Bengali romantic comedy-drama starring Dev as Tintin and Rukmini Maitra as Rohini. The film tells a heartwarming story of love, relationships, family expectations, and the challenges that come with growing up.

Tintin is a young man who dreams of becoming a comic book artist. During his college days, he meets Rohini, an intelligent and lively girl who gradually becomes an important part of his life. Tintin falls in love with her, but winning her heart is not easy. Despite his efforts, Rohini initially rejects his romantic advances. However, as they spend more time together, their relationship develops, and they eventually fall in love.

As their romance progresses, Tintin and Rohini decide to take their relationship forward. But their journey is not as simple as they expect. Family expectations, misunderstandings, and complications connected to their parents’ lives begin to affect their relationship. Their love story also reveals how the experiences and decisions of one generation can influence the relationships of the next.

The film moves between different stages of life, exploring young love, married life, and the changing dynamics of family relationships. Through humour, emotional moments, and romantic twists, it shows that relationships require more than just love; they also need trust, patience, understanding, and acceptance.
